Bright Mind Tech operates under BMT COOPBOD, the registered organization behind our work.
This notice covers inquiries submitted to the Bright Mind Tech (BMT Service Hub) marketing website. It does not describe the processing of patient records in a deployed hospital system.
Information you provide
Our forms collect contact and inquiry details, including names, email addresses, organizations, optional phone numbers, and messages. Demo and partnership forms also request information relevant to your inquiry. Please do not submit patient records, medical histories, passwords, or payment information.
How inquiries are handled
We use your information to respond to your inquiry and discuss demonstrations or partnerships. The website is hosted on Cloudflare, its published content is managed through Sanity, and form inquiries are sent through our configured email service, currently Google Gmail. These providers process information as needed to provide their services; processing may occur outside your country.
Your questions and requests
The language menu offers an optional French translation through Google Translate. Choosing FR sends the public page address to Google and opens its translation service in a new tab. Google's privacy practices apply to that service. Use the original BMT website to submit inquiries.
To ask about the handling of your inquiry, request a correction or deletion, or discuss applicable data protection requirements, contact contact@bmtservicehub.com. This notice does not assert HIPAA or GDPR certification or replace deployment-specific privacy arrangements.
Our healthcare initiative: a pre-launch MVP
Bright Mind Tech (BMT) is developing BMT Service Hub for hospitals and clinics in Cameroon. Our core modules cover patient management, doctor management, appointment scheduling, authentication, notifications. Features shown on this website describe our product direction; availability and readiness should be confirmed with our team. Product outcomes and compliance depend on evaluation and the deployment context.
Our healthcare platform is in MVP development before launch, preparing for testing and validation. We are not reporting verified paying healthcare customers or completed healthcare pilots. Our next step is to establish pilot partnerships with hospitals and clinics before commercial rollout.
Our technical foundation uses microservices, AWS cloud infrastructure, containerization, and automated deployment capabilities.
